These days, most of us can’t live without our computers and the way they allow us to connect with each other and help simplify our lives, which is why it is especially frustration when technology doesn’t always work the way it should. Computers can contract viruses and all sorts of malware, peripheral devices can fail to connect, and networks can stop working, all for reasons that are completely baffling to most users. Unless you’re a computer whiz, trying to diagnose and fix the problem can be frustrating, time-consuming and often futile.
That’s where the technicians at CougarTech can help. Offered as a supplement to our repair shop located at Cleveland State Community College, our dedicated help desk hotline can often assist users through computer issues that are not physical in nature — all without leaving the comfort of their own living rooms. From PC repair to virus removal, available services should address a wide range of technical issues. We can provide technical support for computer repair, security, PC peripheral and devices, networking, Windows OS issues, software and apps, manage files, and email support. Without taking your PC anywhere, we can possibly help you by doing everything remotely, considering your time limitation and privacy.
All you need to do is, when directed by the technician over the phone, click on the BLUE TEAMVIEWER COUGARTECH BUTTON on the upper right side of your screen and accept the agreement. This will allow you to run a program that will give you a unique 9-digit ID number which will help the technician be better able to remotely assist you by interacting with your computer directly from Cleveland State Community College. That’s all there is to it. The TeamViewer program will uninstall after you disconnect from the school technician.
